Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders (if applicable).

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, it will be shown as a payment option during checkout. Additional COD charges may apply where applicable.

Delayed Deliveries
